This solicitation will contain one NSN of 4920-01-478-5195, TEST STAND, AIRCRAFT. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Definitive Quantity Contract for a firm fixed price buy, with no options, for a quantity of 7 each. The AMC/AMCS is 3D. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted, FOB, Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The approved source of supply is CHEMRING ENERGETIC DEVICES, INC. CAGE, 93455 P/N: 6112300. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Required delivery is requested in 220 days ARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item and is not commercial. This is a Life Support item, with Higher Level Contract Quality requirements. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 27, 2017, with an anticipated close date of October 27, 2017.
