PROJECT INFORMATION:
The general objectives of this Scope of Work (SOW) are to:


• Demolish and dispose of a large formerly underground fuel storage tank (approximately
1,000,000-gallon capacity)
• Complete the necessary site preparations to achieve excavation depths of 50 feet or more
below ground surface
• Excavate, transport, and treat and/or dispose of up to 30,000 tons of petroleum, oil,
and lubricant (POL)-impacted soil
• Remove any free-product from the open excavation


• Backfill the excavation and complete site restoration
• Install up to 20 groundwater monitoring wells


 


ESTIMATED RANGE OF MAGNITUDE: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000
ESTIMATED DURATION: Not to exceed five (5) years.
