The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Regional Acquisition, Norfolk, VA on behalf of the Office of Marine and Aviation Operations is soliciting a the overhaul and repair of two (2) chill water units. Provide all labor and materials for required in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, "Water Chilling Unit Repairs".
This RFQ is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611, which has a corresponding size standard of 1000.
Solicitation number EA-133M-14-RQ-0474 will be issued May 19, 2014and will close June 2, 2014.
The total period of performance for all work specified in the Statement of Work is June 12, 2014 through June 30, 2014.
The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price purchase order to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors specified in the solicitation.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is on or about June 6, 2014.
