The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition, Norfolk, VA on behalf of the National Ocean Service (NOS) is soliciting a requirement to perform the full service RNA Sequencing at the Hollings Marine Lab in Charleston South Carolina. Provide all labor, material and equipment in accordance with the attached Statements of Work.
This RFQ is open market. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541711.
Solicitation number EA-133W-14-RQ-0579 issued June 16, 2014 and will close July 1, 2014 at 11:00 am EST. Attachment B must be completed, signed and dated and accompany the RFQ quote.
The total period of performance for all work specified in the Statement of Work Specification is sequences must be delivered within 45 days after receipt of samples.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is on or about July 8, 2014.
