NJARNG JOBSITE CARGO TRAILER AND JOBSITE OFFICE TRAILER
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The New Jersey Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase 1 EA 24ft Jobsite Cargo Trailer(Haulmark JSC85X24WT3) and 1 EA 24ft Jobsite Office Trailer(Haulmark JSO85X24WT3). All items must be brand new. No used, refurbished, or gray market items will be accepted. Brand name or equal. Evaluation will be made based on lowest price and acceptability of the design which meets all requirements in the attachment. Technical questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or technical information as required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 cited below, or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation, may be excluded from consideration.
