The purpose of this amendment is to make some correction to the solicitation posting due to some system difficulties. Please adhere to the instructions below in order to view all solicitation attachments:
Step 1: goto https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/default.htm
Step 2: Select the "Search Public Opportunities Only" button
Step 3: Under the search criteria drop in bar select "Reference Number" and in put reference number 140P6019R0025 in the search bar and click the "search" button.
Sept 4: Select the project titled "Rehabilitate Historic AME Church, NICO". One selected all the necessary solicitation documents will be listed in the upper right corner of the screen.
All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.
