NHLBI Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Services
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), requires services to support the development and implementation of a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) program. The prospective contractor shall provide experienced personnel in D&I with a track record of expertise in developing innovative solutions to transform organizational cultures. The prospective contractor shall also have demonstrated organizational development experience assessing and measuring, strategically planning, and guiding and advising large-scale, organization-wide D&I change management strategies.
