Initial site visit prior to bid to verify all existing conditions, devices, equipment, dimensions, location, power cable, steam, hot water, cold water, drain route, measurements and areas provided in scope of work b. Second site visit to remove and demolish existing dish machine and scrapping station. Demolition process to be completed within two calendar days. c. Third site visit will occur after VA repairs the floor and walls after the existing dish machine and scrapping station is removed by contractor.
