TEMPLE BLDG 163 DISH MACHINE W/SCRAPPING STATION Turnkey job that will require removal and demolition of existing equipment and all installation and hook-ups of new equipment, including any repairs needed to floor or walls as a result of the demolition/installation. It is turnkey but not limited to connection of all utility lines, breaker, and piping associated with the new machine and scrapping station. SITE VISITS REQUIRED (3) a. Initial site visit prior to bid to verify all existing conditions, devices, equipment, dimensions, location, power cable, steam, hot water, cold water, drain route, measurements and areas provided in scope of work b. Second site visit to remove and demolish existing dish machine and scrapping station. Demolition process to be completed within two calendar days. c. Third site visit will occur after VA repairs the floor and walls after the existing dish machine and scrapping station is removed by contractor. Third site visit to install new dish machine and scrapping station. Install to be completed within eight calendar days.

FABRICATED SOILED DISHTABLE APPROXIMATELY 10 FT-11FT LONG AND 3 AND 1/4 FT WIDE APPROXIMATELY 3FT-4FT LONG AND 2FT-2 AND 1/2FT WIDE Scrapping Station to consist of a soiled dish table (approximately 10ft-11ft long and 3ft and 1/4ft - 3ft and 3/4ft wide) with dish drain table (approximately 3ft-4ft long and 2ft to 2ft and 1/2ft wide) connected to the soiled dish table which will serve the purpose of transferring full racks which hold mugs, cups, bowls, etc. to be within 8-12" of the load end of the dish machine, magnetic silver saver, stub rollers, 2 stationary sinks (one by dish machine and one in front of the middle of scrapping station), and 2 scrapping/pre-rinse spray nozzles, overhead rack and storage shelf, gravity roller conveyor, drainboard table located by dish machine to be matched up against and connected to existing pulper a. Soiled dish table with dish drain table connected b. Approximately 1 and 1/2ft - 1 and 3/4ft wide and the other Soiled dish table divided in two sections (section closest to the wall Approximately 1 and 1/2ft - 1 and 3/4ft wide and the other approximately 1 and 1/3ft-1 and 1/2ft wide) with the section farthest from wall connected to water source leading to pulper c. 2 stationary sinks, one by dish machine and one in front of scrapping table d. Two pre-rinse spray nozzles e. Gravity roller-conveyor f. Scrapping table to be 8" to 12" of dish machine loading end and to be matched up and connected to existing pulper on the other end g. Magnetic silver saver h. Overhead rack and storage shelf to match the length of the soiled dish table i. Drain table piece to be approximately half the width of the soiled dish table j. Stainless steel construction k. Drain table may consist of solid stainless steel or gravity rollers
