NEWSLETTER DESIGN AND PRINT SERVICES
The City desires to contract for design and printing services for the Connections Newsletter.
Firms may submit separately for each service or submit jointly for both services. The expectations of the Editor are high. Attention to detail is very important to the production of a high quality publication. The first edition for 2011 was delayed. The City would like the first edition to be distributed in the month of June/ July 2011 if possible. This is a term contract through December 2012 with the option to renew for three one-year renewal periods. The
annual estimated budget for both design and printing services is $32,000. There is no pre-proposal meeting.
