NETWORKED PRINTER TONER CARTRIDGES
The Boulder County Purchasing Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for OEM and remanufactured Printer Toner Cartridges along with their respective yield information.
The intent of this RFP is to provide County end users with one or more price agreement(s) to order replacement printer cartridges. As per County policy, each department and office is responsible for placing cartridge orders. Boulder County Purchasing intends to make every attempt to encourage end-users to use the awarded price agreement(s).
Boulder County currently has over 300 printers in service being utilized daily by roughly 1600 employees. The majority of these printers are HP Laserjets and attached is a list of these printers with several other makes/models that are common throughout Boulder County offices.
