NETWORK AND TELEPHONE CONSULTANT SERVICES
It is the intent of this RFP to award multiple contracts for on-call Network and Telephone
Consulting services. It is the Citys intent to award one or more contracts as deemed in the best interest of the City of Colorado Springs. There is a need for a ready source for the procurement of Network and Telephony Consulting Services on an as needed basis for City. The successful Contractor(s)shall provide any and all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, documentation, training, technical support and any other value added services that may benefit the City while reducing operational costs and/ or improving current service levels to provide Information Technology
and Telecommunication Services in accordance with the requirements identified below and herein. Value added services may include, but are not limited to, hardware/software discounts, design services, software protection, and technical training. See www.springsgov.com/rfp.aspx for documents.
