NETAPP WARRANTY & SUPPORT SERVICES
The 502nd Contracting Squadron, has a requirement to renew NetApp SAN Warranty and Support Services in support of US Army Medical Department Center and School. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract for one (1) year and four (4) option years for this requirement on JBSA-FSH. This project requires only incidental warranty and support coverage of (NetApp FAS3140) in the event of hardware/firmware malfunction or defects in the shipped product. Warranty redemption and support will be carried out by phone, email contact with technical service desk or, if necessary, on site, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Shipped replacement parts/components will not require on-site installation. The contractor shall provide warranty service for one-year warranty extension for our existing Unified Storage System (NetApp FAS3140) to cover both the necessary hardware and software components listed in paragraph 2 Services Summary, in the PWS. The renewal must include a 24x7x4hr onsite support. The warranty extension will begin at time of award. This requirement is being solicited on FedBizOpps as a 100% Small Business set aside, with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811212, Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance and the small business Size Standard of $25,500,000.00. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award.
