NECSES Replacement Feasibility Analysis
The State of New Hampshire has for fifteen years relied on the New England Child Support Enforcement System to support its Child Support Program. This RFP seeks professional consulting services work with the State to perform a study directed at determining the feasibility and cost/benefit of enhancing vs. replacing its existing New England Child Support Enforcement System, herein after referred to as NECSES.
