NECSES Migration Project
This Request for Proposal is for the purpose of augmenting State staff in order to migrate portions of the States Child Support Enforcement application that are still on the mainframe computer system to the existing Oracle platform. The Maine Child Support Enforcement computer system (NECSES - New England Child Support Enforcement System) is currently residing in two platforms. Part of the system resides on the States IBM mainframe and the other part has been converted to Oracle Forms and an Oracle database. The purpose of this RFP is to seek staff augmentation to enable the migration of the mainframe parts of NECSES to the existing Oracle platform. As part of this effort, the Department requires varying levels of specialized technical support during various periods of time. Proposals must include resumes and summaries of experience for the proposed Project Manager and at least three developers.
