NEA Project: 20/20
Project: 20/20 is an international initiative designed to enhance cultural exchange, understanding, and collaboration through the screening of films from the U.S. and abroad, with the participation of the U.S. and foreign filmmakers. Film presentations and related outreach activities take place both in the U.S. and abroad. U.S. and foreign films and filmmakers are paired for each screening, creating new experiences for audiences and increasing exposure for important contemporary independent work. This project is supported jointly by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), in cooperation with the Presidents Committee on the Arts and the Humanities (PCAH).The Arts Endowment's support of this project may start on or after September 1, 2010.
