NDFO FEMA MOBILE HOME MOVE
BLM has a requirement to breakdown, transport and set up five mobile homes. This requirement includes furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to complete the work.
Work under this contract is located in the Dickinson ND area. Four mobile homes are located in New England, ND and one mobile home is located in South Hart, ND. All are to be moved to Dickinson ND.
This request is anticipated to start around September 15, 2014 depending on new site construction. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $150,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 484220. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $25.5 million.
Prospective contractors must be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov.
