NCTC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - Shepherdstown, WV
PROJECT INFORMATION: The National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) is an active training facility for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The NCTC site is a campus setting with multiple buildings, which include lodges, offices, training rooms, a large auditorium, a laboratory, dining facilities, gymnasium, operations support, etc.
The government is seeking a full functioning Property Management System that can be instituted as seamlessly as possible by replacing the current outdated system(s). The application will be housed at the National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) at 698 Conservation Way, Shepherdstown, WV 25443. The system will be customized to meet the specific requirements of the NCTC processes. System users will consist of a wide variety of front desk, reservations, conference setup, audio visual, food and beverage, back office, administrative/management, and night audit. These staff will be a combination of contractor and federal and will require varying levels of role based security access privileges.
