NC Retirement Systems Member Attitudes Survey and Focus Groups
The North Carolina Department of State Treasurer Retirement Systems Division is interested in obtaining members opinions about the Retirement Systems communication and processing. Statistically valid baseline surveys and follow-up focus groups are desired to better understand our members perceptions and attitudes about the Retirement Systems and retirement in general. The survey concerns member attitudes and behaviors only.
The research results should provide meaningful data on member attitudes and behaviors about the Retirement Systems specifically and retirement planning generally. The resulting information should be useful to determine how to enhance public information products, communication channels and messages about the Retirement Systems and retirement planning, and enhance services by the Retirement Systems for our members.
