NAWCAD Gibbscam Software Maintenance
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AB Technologies, Inc. located in Bel Air, MD for the software maintenance for the GibbsCAM computer aided manufacturing software.
The Government has determined there is only one responsible source pursuant authority FAR 6.302-1 and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by the agency.
All vendors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) Database. The internet website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. It is mandatory to register with the SAM as your DUNs Number (Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE CODE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF); information will be available in subsequent order. Please include CAGE CODE, DUNs Number, and payment terms in your response. Responses should reference N68335-18-Q-0092. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however all responses received within 5 days of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government.
