NAVSUP HQ Cybersecurity - Cloud Security Training - Charleston, SC - 08/19/2019 - 08/22/2019
The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Mechanicsburg office is seeking small business vendors that are interested and capable of providing the cloud security training in accordance with the attached PWS on the dates 08/19/2019 - 08/22/2019. Interested vendors should submit a capabilities statement along with any pertinent information (suggested contract, NAICS, small business designation, etc) to the contact point listed by the response date. Market research price quotes are allowed. This is a market research action only, there is no obligation on behalf of the Government to proceed with a solicitation. No expenses will be reimbursement by the Government.
The objective of this requirement is to provide high quality training services in support of NAVSUPbs DCO and CLP programs that will: maintain ISSM DCO proficiency, provide the necessary technical CPEs for CLP certification maintenance, and qualify the ISSMs at the Master Level for career field 72, Information Systems Security Management, as listed in Appendix 4 of the SECNAV 5239.2.
The course curriculum shall all be ANSI and SECNAV-M 5239.2 Appendix 4 listed certified courses and built on the Office of Personnel Management (OPM)bs National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Cyber Core Competencies (CCCs): (1) Computer Network Defense, (2) Technology Awareness, (3) Vulnerabilities Assessment, (4) Infrastructure Design, (5) Information Assurance, (6) Information Systems/Network Security and (7) Cloud Security.
