The Library of Congress (Library) requires contractor support to provide periodic preventative maintenance and/or repair of vintage equipment used in film preservation activities at The Packard Campus for Audio Visual Conservation, also known as the National Audio Visual Conservation center (NAVCC), in Culpeper, Virginia. Proposals with price quotes are requested. The Library anticipates the award of one or more Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a three year term to result from this solicitation.

• Questions are requested via email by Wednesday June 19, 2019 at 1PM Eastern time.

• Offers (proposal and price quote) are due by Monday July 1, 2019 at 1PM Eastern time, and will be accepted via email or posted to fbo.gov at solicitation 030ADV19Q0273.


Late proposals will not be accepted. However, please indicate via email ahead of the deadline if you require more time for your proposal preparation.
