Competitive Small Business Set-Aside Multiple Award Service Contract (MASC) for Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, and Pavement Clearance work to be performed at various locations within the NAVFAC SW AOR in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico Nevada and Utah.
Description of the Work/Services: Maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition and minor construction associated with the following types of systems and facilities:
Annex 1503050 - Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping
Annex 1503060 - Pavement Clearance
Landscaping requirements will be for routine and recurring maintenance of grounds, and will not include planning and design elements under NAICS 541320 Landscape Architectural Services.
