This is a Request for Proposal for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Digital Group Technology Acceleration and Integration/Information Technology/Information Management/Cyber Security Support Services.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Procurement Group, Contracts Department, Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a competitive basis, the services necessary to support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Digital Group Technology Acceleration and Integration/Information Technology/Information Management/Cyber Security Support Services, as detailed in the RFP Package.


It is anticipated that this requirement will result in a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Labor CLINs. The Government anticipates a cost reimbursable Other Direct Cost (ODCs) CLIN for Travel and Material.


This procurement is full and open competition. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is D318 and the applicable NAICS is 541512 with a Small Business Size standard of $27.5M.


A sources sought notice for this effort was posted on 13 June 2019. A pre-solicitation notice for this effort was posted on 6 September 2019.


PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Proposal Submission deadline is no later than Tuesday, 12 November 2019 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.


Offerors may submit questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements by emailing the contract specialist at tess.goshorn@navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued.
