NASA, Kennedy Space Center Firing Range Upgrade
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This requirement is being procured as a competitive request for quote (RFQ) to all interested vendors for the purpose of entering into a purchase order for the Firing Range Upgrade, at the NASA, Kennedy Space Center, Florida in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a single, firm fixed-price purchase order.

Attachment D - Site Visit Instructions
KSC will host a site visit for prospective offerors on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time. Vendors (no more than 2 per company) shall meet at the NASA Badging Office located on the south side of SR 405 at 8:00 A.M.
RFQ Questions and Cutoff Date
Questions and inquires regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via e-mail to Gloria McIntosh at gloria.a.mcintosh@nasa.gov no later than 3:00 P.M. July 19, 2019, Eastern Standard Time, with subject "Questions - 80KSC019Q0013 Firing Range Upgrade." A consolidated list of answers to all questions received will be distributed to interested vendors. Telephone questions will not be accepted.
RFQ Due Date
The closing date is 3:00 PM, July 31, 2019, Eastern Standard Time. Quotations shall be submitted via E-Mail to Gloria McIntosh at gloria.a.mcintosh@nasa.gov, with subject "Quotation - 80KSC019Q0013 Firing Range Upgrade." Quotations shall include:
1. FOB destination to KSC
2. Taxpayer identification number (TIN)
3. DUNS Number and CAGE Code
4. Be signed by an authorized company representative
NASA has a size limitation of 10MB for each e-mail to a NASA e-mail addressee. The vendor is soley responsible for ensuring that the vendor's quotation or correspondence successfully transmits to, and is received by its intended NASA e-mail addressee by the closing date and time specified in the RFQ. The vendor is advised to immediately contact the intended e-mail adressee for acknowledgement of e-mail receipt.
