NAME BADGE AND ACCESSORIES
The procurement is being issued as Unrestricted. This solicitation is to procure name badges and accessories for Defense Commissary Agency stores CONUS and OCONUS. The name badges and accessories consists of the following: 3 inches wide by 1 inch high; metal backed for strength and durability through repeated use; white in color with Full Color DeCA logo (artwork will be provided to the contractor); available with pin, strong magnet, and clip fasteners; easy to print and replace individual names due to name/status changes; shipped to all locations worldwide; printing template is to be available for each location. Badges, parts, and badge inserts may be reordered as needed by individual locations
The period of performance will be one (1) twelve-month base and 4 (four) twelve-month option periods. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), with assigned contract line items for badges and accessories.
Anticipated effective date of the award will be Nov 1, 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332999 and business size standard in number of employees is 750. Vendors shall be registered on System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/, to include listing NAICS 332999 in order to be eligible for award.
