Contractor shall complete this project within forty five (45) calendar days of award.  Installation is to be scheduled with the government POC.

 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This purchase request number FEWAF70023 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  Submit only written quotations for this RFQ.  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 811192 with a size standard of $7.5M.  The line item description is as follows:

 CLIN 0001- Car Wash Renovation, Bldg. 727

 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to purchase and install all the equipment identified in the attached Statement of Work.

PROVISIONS/CLAUSES:

 

NAFI clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award: (full text of clauses and provisions may be accessed electronically at this website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. See the NAFI Provisions attached.

 

FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items Evaluation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government.

 

Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation:

 

AFFARS 5352.201-9101 - Ombudsman,

AFFARS 5352.223-9001, Health and Safety on Government Installations

AFFARS 5352.242-9000 - Contractor Access to Air Force Installation.

 EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS:

 

Quotes/offers will be evaluated IAW 13.106-2. This will be a lowest price technically acceptable award.  Technical acceptability - at a minimum - will consist of meeting all characteristics of this solicitation mentioned above.

Quotes submitted via e-mail are preferred but not required.

 

LATE OFFERS:

Offerors are reminded that e-mail transmission of proposals prior to the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of proposal unless it is received by the government prior to the closing date and time.  Proposals or modification of proposals received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (IAW FAR 52.212-1(f)).

 

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 prior to any contract award.

 


Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, Date offer expires, warranty, Line item unit price, and Total cost.
