Requirement warranty service: Manufacturer's standard more than 12 months. NOTE: Warranty work completed in Japan is preferred. Shipping equipment outside of Japan for warranty work is acceptable only if necessary.

This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in
FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The NAICS code is 336211.
The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed advantageous to the Government.
This acquisition is the purchase of various types of vehicles for NAVFAC Far East in Atsugi, Okinawa, Sasebo, Yokosuka, Japan.
CLIN 0001:
Truck, cargo pickup, 4x2, gasoline engine driven RHD, automatic transmission and air conditioner, right hand drive, 4X2, and manufacturerbs standard accessories.
Delivery and Quantity for CLIN 0001 is as follows:
Deliver to Yokosuka, Quantity: Three (3) each
Deliver to Sasebo, Quantity: Four (4) each
CLIN 0002:
Truck, van, panel, forward control, miniature, right hand drive, 4X2, 5 door, 4 passenger, windows all sides, Hi Roof type, automatic transmission, air conditioner, and manufacturerbs standard accessories.
Delivery and Quantity for CLIN 0002 is as follows:
Deliver to Yokosuka, Minimum requirement: Six (6) each and Maximum requirement: Nine (9) each
Deliver to Atsugi, Minimum requirement: One (1) each and Maximum requirement: Two (2) each
Deliver to Sasebo, Minimum requirement: One (1) each and Maximum requirement: Two (2) each
CLIN 0003:
Truck, van, panel, forward control, 4X2, 5 door, 3/6 passenger, right hand drive, gasoline engine driven, automatic transmission, air conditioning, windows all sides, and manufacturerbs standard accessories.
Delivery and Quantity for CLIN 0003 is as follows:
Deliver to Yokosuka, Quantity: One (1) each
Deliver to Atsugi, Quantity: Two (2) each
Deliver to Sasebo, Quantity: Three (3) each
Deliver to Okinawa, Minimum requirement: One (1) each and Maximum requirement: Four (4) each
The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible quoter whose quotation
conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
The Contractor shall meet at least the minimum requirements, but shall not exceed the maximum requirements of this solicitation.
