Music Room Addition and Renovation.
The project scope is approximately a 4,200 square foot expansion and a 6,000 square foot renovation of the existing band and music rooms, adjacent corridors and offices. Improvements include partial demolition of the existing facility, grading, paving, storm water facilities and relocation of utilities.
