project will provide for an approximately 40,000 square foot classroom/lab/office building and all associated site work, including drives, parking lots, utilities and infrastructure. The project will include all related architectural, civil, landscape design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression. A preliminary master plan for the campus is attached as a separate file. The intent is to site the educational center at one of the four building sites identified.
