MPA is soliciting proposals for a qualified firm ("Proposers" or Respondents) to lease the east faade of the
Miami Parking Authoritys Cultural Center Garage (Garage No. 2) for the purpose of mural advertising
services.
The selected Proposers advertising services shall provide national and local advertisers a venue within the City
of Miami and generate maximum revenue, while enhancing the image of Garage No. 2.
