Municipal Parcels for Mixeduse Urban Redevelopment
The Board will receive Statements of Qualifications from teams or individual entities, such as real estate developers, commercial real estate managers and recreational facilities operators, interested in purchasing a parcel in the northern sector of the urban center of the City for the development and construction of a mixeduse project (the “Project”).
