Municipal Golf Course Reconfiguration Project
Reconfiguration of the Municipal Golf Course, including staking,
clearing, demolition of certain features and infrastructure; earthwork, construction and shaping of
fairways and rough, greens, tees, hazards, cart paths and practice facilities; as well as installation of the
irrigation system, drainage, erosion control, bulkhead work, all grassing and grow‐in, construction of a
relocated new restroom facility to replace the existing restroom, and all incidental and related work as
required by Construction Documents herein (Project).
