Multivendor Hardware Support
SDDC requires the renewal of maintenance agreements from the following manufacturers for pre-existing hardware in SDDC's computing environment: Brocade, Dell, F5, Fujitsu, NetApp, Palo Alto, and Quantum. The renewal agreements must be obtained from authorized resellers with SDDC being identified as the end user. SDDC already has an Admin Team in place to maintain the hardware in its computing environment to perform all maintenance activities such as troubleshooting, installing RMA supplied equipment, and performing required software patches/upgrades. SDDC does not require any additional admin support from the vendor, only the renewal of the maintenance agreements on our behalf.
