Multiple Homeland Security Projects
The City is inviting qualified proposers to submit written proposals for multiple project Request for Proposal (RFP) to include: Project A) Update the Urban Area Homeland Security Strategy, Project B) Revision to the Field Operations Guide (FOG) for the Incident Support Teams (IST)/Rapid Response Teams (RRT) and develop a Strategic Plan, Project C) Develop and Design a Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plan, and Project D) Develop a Regional Fuel Storage Facility Fire Protection Risk Assessment and Tactical Response Plan.
