The City Department of Public Works is seeking professional design services from experienced and qualified architectural and engineering firms for the development of a multi-modal transportation center. The center is planned to be constructed in three to four phases involving intercity passenger rail, high speed rail, light rail, city bus, taxi, shuttle, and river ferry services.
