This acquisition is for a firm fixed price contract consisting of a one-year base period, plus four pre-priced one-year options. The base period will run from 01 October 2009 to 30 September 2010. The requirement is for Multimedia Services consisting of still digital photography to include, but not limited to, studio, location, alert, and copy work, plus limited web page/server support services. Additional services consist of simultaneously taking photographs and video of every Dignified Transfer on Dover AFB and providing a fully edited DVD for release. Contractor shall also produce, manage, and maintain an archive library
