Multifamily Compliance Inspection Services
The Citys goal is to perform inspections on a random sampling of individual rental units, buildings and grounds for compliance with minimum housing code, overall general appearance, safety and decent quality of living, and a random sampling of tenant files. Approximately 400 inspections of rental units and tenant files, in 43 different rental communities are performed annually, and a range of 5 10 rental unit re-inspections.
