Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care (MTFC)
The Alameda County Social Services Agency (SSA) is soliciting proposals to select one Foster Family Agency Contractor that will provide a Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care (MTFC) program for high-risk children who need an alternative to residential or group home care settings, including supportive case management services.
The MTFC program is designed to be a short-term intervention for children whose plan is to be placed in a permanent family environment.
