The Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is inviting qualified consulting firms or persons to submit Project Proposals to conduct a comprehensive multi-modal transportation planning study for an area in the northeastern portion of the MPO’s planning jurisdiction. The purpose of the project is to evaluate existing travel conditions for all modes, and produce recommendations that will be incorporated into the MPO’s Comprehensive and Long Range Transportation Plan.
