The purpose of this project is to obtain the services of a qualified firm to assist in the identification of co-benefits of multi-pollutant emissions reductions from adopted mobile source control strategies. The primary analysis, but not the only activity, will be conducted on Transportation Control Measures (TCMs) and Voluntary Mobile Source Emission Reduction Programs (VMEPs) in the HGB region (See Appendix I). Emissions reductions will be calculated using mobile source emission reduction strategies (MoSERS) and emission factors from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator (MOVES) model.
