The District is seeking proposals for purchase and installation of a Multi-point Video Conference Control System. The District will make one award for the purchase and installation of all equipment and software involved within the system along with any 110 VAC electrical work or Ethernet connections which may be needed. The District will make such award in the manner it deems to be in its best interests, considering price, convenience, and references.
Background
The Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District desires the ability to video conference with all three of the Districts Fire Stations in order to keep emergency response companies within their respective 1st response areas. Additionally, the Multi-point Video Conference Control should allow video conferencing with outside agencies and District Officials.
