Multi-Level Employee Recognition Award Program
Purpose-College is seeking bids for its multi-level employee recognition award program. Employees are
recognized for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 years service and retirement. Employees will select from a gift catalog with
multiple gifts for each service increment. (Approximately 70 employees received awards at the August 2009 ceremony.)
The Department will compile a list of these selections and submit the list to the successful bidder. Items
will be shipped to College with each item identified and boxed individually. College will make payment upon
receipt of items and invoice. Terms are net 30.
