Multi-Function Printers

The Department is requesting Offers (bids) from responsible Vendors to obtain twenty (20) Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) with a high-volume scanning capacity.
The Agencys current scanning capacity to support the eGrants system is based on an automated process for managing document workflows. All newly acquired MFP devices must seamlessly integrate with the Agencys current operating environment, in order to eliminate the need to make any application changes.
