The City of Batavia, Illinois is seeking interested and qualified development firms to develop
and ownor bring in an acceptable ownership groupa multi-family/duplex project in
downtown Batavia. The proposed development site is comprised of a 15,870 sq. ft. parcel
currently owned by the City of Batavia. The site is within a tax increment redevelopment area
(TIF district) and is available for development immediately.
