The Office of Customer Experience is seeking sources for an information collection and listening solution to enable USDA to systematically collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data on customer/employee expectations, preferences, aversion, behaviors and sentiment analysis when interacting with the Department through multiple channels, including surveys, website analytics, social media, mail and contact/call centers. The platform must be encapsulated and able to perform all functions verbalized in Addendum A without the requirement of supplemental or additional platforms and/or software.
