Multi Modal Connector
The successful firm must be a Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) prequalified consulting engineering firm capable of providing the Purpose and Need Statement, conceptual, preliminary and final design plans, permitting, right-of-way plans and documents, technical specifications, contract documents, construction cost estimates and other related services for this project. To comply with the National Environmental Policy Act, it has been determined that an Environmental Assessment will be required for this project. Preparation of this assessment will be part of the services procured.
