Mowing and Maintenance for Waste Resource Management

Mowing will be to a height of 5-8 inches. Scalped areas will be remediated at the vendor’s expense. All vegetation near manmade obstacles will be trimmed or treated with a County approved herbicide at the County’s discretion. Mowing and trimming will occur simultaneously. All grassed slopes will be mowed. All roadways (asphalt, gravel, limerock or clay) will be mowed 30 feet on each side. The vendor will remove grass blown onto roadways and onto leachate recirculation and control equipment and concrete mounting pads.
