This Request for Proposal (RFP) details the requirements for Part 1 of the project Moving Ahead:
Assessment of Internationally Educated Nurses. This RFP is seeking a project manager for
overall coordination and administration of Part 1 of the project. The project manager hired for
Part 1 of the project will be eligible to compete for the contract for Part 2 of the project contract.
