Move In Ready Developer
The City invites submission of proposals for Move-In-Ready (MIR) developer(s), related to the implementation of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) to address foreclosed homes. The city desires to select one or more firms or nonprofit organizations with successful federally funded experience in acquisition and disposition of real property, especially housing rehabilitation programs and homeownership/sale programs, public and private funding mechanisms, as well as management and ancillary real estate services as described in this solicitation.
