Mount Morris Dam HVAC Repair
Mount Morris Dam (MMD) A/C Condensing Units and Furnace/Heat Pump project consists of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, equipment, and materials required to remove and replace above mentioned at Mount Morris Dam in Mount Morris, NY.
The Government intends to award one (1) firm fixed priced contract as a result of this solicitation.
The applicable Wage Determination number is NY170030. The Wage Determination is attached in the solicitation.
The price range for this project is estimated at $25,000 to $100,000. The Buy American Act is applicable to this acquisition.
Offerors must be registered in SAM Database (www.sam.gov) in order to be awarded contract.
Project is subject to "Availibility of Funds" see FAR Clause 52.232-18 in section 00700.
Site Visit is scheduled for 12-Apr-2017 at 10:00AM EST, see FAR Clause 52.236-27 for more information. Reminder that bid bond and performance/payment bonds are required for this project.
